Quartus II V11sp1 of Reconfiguration problem in Arria II GX

The original use the CPRI IP V10.1 that is working, but up upgrade to V11.0 or V11.1 have some problem in dynamic reconfiguration transceivers.

The transceivers setup

Master transceivers is channel 8

slave transceivers of recevier is channel 4

slave transceivers of transmitter is channel 0

The reconfiguration setup is :

The 12 of channels controlled by the reconfig controller.

Reconfiguration mdoe:

Enable Offset cacellation for Receiver for Recevier channel

Enable analog control

Enable Channel and PLL setect/reconfig

Use 'logical channel address' port for analog controls reconfiguration

Use the Enable continuous write of all the words needed for reconfiguration the latency is 2

Enable illegal mode checking

Enable self recovery

Use rx_tx_duplex_sel port

The used v10.0 recevier of reconfiguration address from 0 to 37.

The used v11.0 or v11sp1 recevier of reconfiguration address from 0 to 24.

So, have some problem in that....
