Quartus II Passive Serial Configuration Issue

Hi All,

I'm having a Quartus II issue that is probably something simple but I have yet to figure out what I'm doing wrong in trying to set the configuration scheme to Passive Serial.

I start a new project in Quartus II 7.2 sp2 with either a Cyclone II or III device. I then go to Settings -> Device and Pin Options -> Configuration, and change Configuration Scheme to Passive Serial.

After clicking OK, I receive an error "The parameter is incorrect" and the configuration parameter goes back to Active Serial.

Any help greatly appreciated.
