Hi,

you can use the Quartus II MegaWizard Plug-In Manager to create your ram.

In the Megawizard: Select Memory Compiler and then the RAM: 2-Port

Configure yout Port Width and generate the Ram.

The Result is a VHDL component declaration File for your RAM

and the VHDL Code for the RAM.

You can use the VHDL Code in your Programm or generate a sheet symbol to use the RAM in your schematic.
