Quartus II internal error with programmer

Hi,

Since the last versions of Quartus (9.X, 10.x and 11.1sp2), I always have the same problem when I program a memory flash (CFI 32Mb) with a pof file.

The CFI is recognized, the Quartus erases sectors but it crashes systematically at the first sector to be programmed (address 0)

Attached the crash message and the jtag chain (EPM570 + StratixII EP2S30).

With the Quartus programmer 8.1, all work fine !!!!
