Quartus II install fails at 99%

Hi

I´ve been trying to instal the version 10.1 of Quartus webedition and always get the same problem: instalation goes all the way up to 99% and freezes.

Computer continues to run properly, only the install stops at 99% and never moves again. I already disabled anti-virus since this is an issue.

Is there anything else that may be causing this?
