Quartus II 9.1 Installation Fails

I am having problems installing Quartus II 9.1 Web

I select my options, it start to install and withing a few seconds I get:

Error Number: 0x80040707

Description: DLL function call crashed: ISRT._ComponentTransferData

I've rebooted, shutdown all other apps I can, same result.

Any help would be appreciated.
