Quartus II 13.1.4, no choice programing Cyclone V-5CGTFD9E5F35

Hi, after installing the Quartus II 13.1 web edition and updating to 13.1.4 I can not set as a target device Cyclone V - 5CGTFD9E5F35, while it is supposed to support all variations of Cyclone...

Do you see any Cyclone V parts? If not you need to install Cyclone V device support from the downloads page. Also, you should install any updates that are available in case that chip was added later than when that version of Quartus was released.
