Quartus II 12.0 Software Linux no tutorials can be opened

Hi, I just installed the Quartus II 12.0 software on my Xubuntu 12.04 Linux system. The USB Blaster and so on works fine. But there is a problem with the tutorials in quartus 2 software!...

I just found out this problem also exists for NIOS2 software!!

firefox cannot be launched as well?
