Quartus II - Simualtion

I'm pretty new to the Quartus software and I'm hitting a snag when attempting to simulate.

I have two PC's configured with the Quartus II and Active-HDL software. The one machine will successfully open and run the simulation from Quartus II software and the other machine will not.

I'm getting the following messages on the PC that does not run.

Info: Successfully launched NativeLink simulation (quartus_sh -t "c:/altera/11.0/quartus/common/tcl/internal/nativelink/qnativesim.tcl" --rtl_sim "test" "test")

Info: For messages from NativeLink execution see the NativeLink log file C:/My_Designs/Quartus/test/test_nativelink_simulation.rpt

The .rtp states the following:

Info: Starting NativeLink simulation with Active-HDL software

Sourced NativeLink script c:/altera/11.0/quartus/common/tcl/internal/nativelink/active-hdl.tcl

Warning: Ignoring Batch mode since it is not supported for active-hdl

Warning: File test_sim_rtl_vhdl.do already exists - backing up current file as test_sim_rtl_vhdl.do.bak1

Info: NativeLink simulation flow was successful

Any suggestions?

is the Launch EDA tool in command line mode checked in Assignments > Settings > EDA Tools > Simulation > More Nativelink Settings?
