Quartus fir ii IP core output data abnormality

I am developing a filtering project using an FPGA model of 10m08scu169c8g，and I am using a fir ii IP core to implement the filtering function.

I have checked the settings and parameter selection many times, and I am not sure where the problem lies. I request assistance from the community
