quartus_cpf.exe does not work with database error

I'm trying to convert programing file in the command line, but quartus_cpf.exe (quartus 18.1) finishes with the errors. Looking at the errors, it seems that the database version does not match. Wh...

Generally, Yes. The license version will have access to specific features for Arria10.
