Quartus 9.1 installation problem on W10

Question

Hello,

I am trying to install Quartus 9.1 service pack2 we edition on W10.

Getting this error:

How can I solve it?

Quartus 9.1 Only Supports windows XP - so you will either need to run it in a VM or get the linux version.

Quartus 9.1 works on my windows 7 PC.  Edit: That should be Quartus 9.1 service pack 2.

Will the linux version just work on my Windowns 10? or any special adjustments needed?

The linux version needs to be run on linux, but you could run this in a VM on windows 10, or via a dual boot.
