quartus 7.1 web edition

hi all,

im new to quartus and im trying to download quartus2 V7.1 web edition, yea i know its old but this is the version that i need.

im trying to download it through the altera website but without success.

can someone, please, give me a download link? or help me in other way?

another question, is there any way to run a file(project or schematic) that i made on V9.1 on V7.1?

    I Suggest use the latest version of the software if you are a beginner.

    Usually schematics work fine in older Quartus versions. The Quartus project being downgraded may present some problems but the source schematic should be fine.
