Quartus 24.2 license issues

User is able to use 24.1 to compile when switching to use 24.2 they receive:
Error(119013): Current license file does not support the device

    Hello,

    Welcome to INTEL forum. To further check, can you please provide me the latest of the following?

    1) Error message screen shot

    2) Machine OS information

    3) License.dat file

    For the machine OS are you wanting the license server, client machine, or both?
