Quartus 2 license file does not support

I have downloded and installed it but it error !

    What version and edition of Quartus are you using?

    Do you have a valid license? You have posted about cracks in other threads.

    The EP1S10 is supported by the free web edition of Quartus if you don't want to purchase a license. If you already have a valid license, you could contact Altera directly for support.

    I'm using Quartus 2 , The license is nothing wrong .may be i have something wrong with the installer .
