Quartus 13.1 including Signal Tap License

Hello, is there any overview over the license models and costs for Quartus 13? Kind regards Jonas

    Tried a Quartus Prime evaluation license too. Same result.

      I had confirmed need to purchased Quartus license. Even though it's legacy tool still need to get the purchased license to get PCI megafunction access. Please contact the respective region distributor for further information.

        Which Quartus license? I generated an evaluation one (the one highlighted below), which should be similar to a purchased one, right? When I installed it, the Quartus tool showed that I had temporary access to  multiple IPs but not the PCI one that I need.
