Quartus 13.1 including Signal Tap License

Hello, is there any overview over the license models and costs for Quartus 13? Kind regards Jonas

I tried using the "Discontinued" license you suggested. It didn't work either. I still get this: 

And this during assembly:

Is it a fact that the full PCI Megafunction feature can no longer be purchased or obtained?

      Tried a Quartus Prime evaluation license too. Same result.

        I had confirmed need to purchased Quartus license. Even though it's legacy tool still need to get the purchased license to get PCI megafunction access. Please contact the respective region distributor for further information.
