Quartus 10.1 Subscription - Stratix II

Dear all,

I am working on a project using a Stratix II FPGA together with EPC4 device to program the FPGA. For this I need Quartus version 10.1. The EPC4 device could not be programmed using Quartus 11 or later.

Would it be possible for Intel to provide me a link to download this Quartus version 10.1?
