Quartus - Latest Version that runs on 32 bit Windows 7

We are trying to program some Max 7000 chips and want to download the latest version of Quartus that will run on Windows 7 - 32 bit. Ver 14 is apparently 64 bit only and the System Requirements...

If you go to the software download page;

https://www.altera.com/download/sw/dnl-sw-index.jsp

Click on the Devices tab and select MAX7000, you will find that 13.0sp1 is the last version to support that device. This is a 32-bit version, so you can use that.
