Quartus - Latest Version that runs on 32 bit Windows 7

We are trying to program some Max 7000 chips and want to download the latest version of Quartus that will run on Windows 7 - 32 bit. Ver 14 is apparently 64 bit only and the System Requirements...

We aren't currently using Quartus.

We designed a "one time" product approx. 10 yrs ago and used MaxPlus II to program the chips. Apparently MaxPlus is no longer supported -> We tried several times and can't get a license for it. The customer has ordered several more units. If we are going to use Quartus, we might as well use the latest and greatest that will run on Win 7 32 bit.
