Quartus - Latest Version that runs on 32 bit Windows 7

We are trying to program some Max 7000 chips and want to download the latest version of Quartus that will run on Windows 7 - 32 bit. Ver 14 is apparently 64 bit only and the System Requirements...

Thanks for the Help!

I downloaded 14 and then 10 (32 bit friendly) and though I'd ask before working my way up the list.
