Just wanted to follow up on the other issue you mentioned. Were you able to generate the PLL IP after launching Quartus Prime Pro with Administrator privileges on that machine?

As mentioned in our previous discussions, before we can involve the Altera software design team, we first need to reproduce the behavior internally.
To help with that, could you please share a minimal reproducible design along with the steps used to reproduce the issue?
