QII 7.1 64bit problem

It's strange but QII v7.1 64bit does not work. 32 bit version works fine. Also version 7.0 works fine both 64 and 32 bit mode on the same PC. Even dual CPU feature in 7.1 works much more eficient in contrast to 6.1 and 7.0. Is this any path or SP i missed on altera site?

    Hi Zuckero,

    The installation note says Micrsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 is required, as follows:

    Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 redistributable package (x64) is

    required if you want to run the 64-bit version of the Quartus II software.

    You can download the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0

    redistributable package (x64) at the Microsoft website at

    www.microsoft.com.

    You can download the note from http://www.altera.com/literature/manual/quartus_install.pdf.
