New ContributorI downloaded the Lite edition of Quartus Prime. The title of Installing is
Quartus Prime Lite Edition (free) 17.10.590.
I think I downloaded the installer file from the address you contacted me.
I am not confident because the order of version is different from when I downloaded it.
