Programming .pof file with SFL

Hi,

I have a .pof file (periphery image for CvP automatically generated by Quartus) which I'm trying to program into a EPCS128 device with the Quartus Programmer in JTAG mode. I'm trying to use the Serial Flash Loader (SFL) but it looks like it requires .jic files. There's a way to convert .sof files to .jic files but I can't find a way to convert .pof to .jic.

I have also tried to convert .pof to .jam with the command-line quartus_cpf but I get an error message that JAM doesn't support EPCS128.

I'm using Quartus 12.1SP1 for a StratixV GX.
