Problems editing .v file in modelsim

Hi all! I'm new to all this.

I just installed ModelSim ALTERA STARTER EDITION 6.6d, started a new project and created a source file .v (Verilog file). But when I clicked on the new .v file to edit it, the program kept opening new windows.

Can't figure out the error

Anyone can help?

    Wouldn't your project or file be in a path with spaces by any chance (such as "My Documents")? In that case try to move it elsewhere on the disk, in a path without spaces.
