Problem with using the set_data_delay constraint

I'm trying to apply the set_data_delay constraint, but get this error: I'm using the lite version of Quartus. Could that be the reason?

    set_data_delay appears to only be supported in Quartus Pro.

Do you have further question, since this is only supported in Quartus Pro edition.
