Problem with my_first_fpga_tutorial

hi all, when i try to do this tutorial:

I have always the same problem, once i try to use the megafunction wizard to instantiate a PLL (Chap: Add a PLL Megafunction) a popup appear:

Error: PLL parameters for the device family Cyclone III could not be read

why this error pop up appear?

Maybe you did not install support for the Cyclone III when you installed Quartus? (just speculating, never saw that error)

it don't know, how can i istall the support? (i have installed even the service pack 2)

I don't think that you can add support after installation, you have to reinstall the software.

Hi all, I have the same problem with the same tutorial using the development kit Cyclone III FPGA Starter.

Did reinstall the softwarwe solve your problem? I also have SP 2 installed.
