Problem with license - DSP Dev Kit Cyclone III

Hi,

I have a problem with the licensing. I have a DSP Development Kit Cyclone III edition and I want obtain a license for Quartus II and DSP Builder. But it is necessary to register the Developement Kit and the expected activation code has 12 characters and corresponds to the serial number on the box.. But the serial number on the box has 11 characters!

Is somebody has the same problem? How can I make to register my Development Kit?
