PLL generation Error:"written by generation callback did not contain a module ..."

Hallo,

today I tried to generate PLL through Qsys, but I am getting this error message:

Yesterday was everything ok, but now it just doesn't work. What I have tried yet:

1. Restart PC;

2. Clean AppData folder

3. Reinstall Quartus

Nothing helps...

i have found two topics with same problem on this forum, but wothout solution.

Please help, i need this pll:)
