Please give a link to download Quartus II 5.0 Complete Design Suite and service packs. I need them to use old devices. Any help is appreciated.

You are a few years too late; Intel has deprecated the availability to download most older versions of the design software.

You can download Quartus here:

But the versions available are 13.0sp1/13.1 and 17.0 and later.

What specific device(s) are you trying to support?

Hi, it is Excalibur device, last support is Quartus II 5.0.
Any help is appreciated.
