    I managed to get the issue resolved by updating my Linux OS to a newer version.
    The license server (lmgrd) version which I was using was outdated,
    and the latest version of lmgrd did not seem to work correctly on my previous Linux version.
    Now all licenses are working correctly again.

I am still stuck with this issue. 
Intel Support still hasn't replied after they responded I should come to this forum.

    Could you screenshot the error message? Also, provide both the working (old license) and non-working license (re-generated license) (can email to me [email protected])

    Another thing is could you try with fixed license got any problem?
