New ContributorPerpetual license Quartus II doesn't allow to build Cyclone V devices anymore.
I managed to get the issue resolved by updating my Linux OS to a newer version.
The license server (lmgrd) version which I was using was outdated,
and the latest version of lmgrd did not seem to work correctly on my previous Linux version.
Now all licenses are working correctly again.
New ContributorYes, I have Quartus Prime licenses (as well as Quartus Pro licenses).
And I can still build my design with my old license file (generated over a year ago) on the old license server,
but after re-generating the license file, building CycloneV with Quartus Prime doesn't work anymore.
(While I can still build e.g. Arria10 designs with Quartus Pro).
Here is a list of the licenses which I now have :
Below you can see a part of the generated license file, which shows Quartus SE / Quartus PE licenses.

I already submitted a case with Intel Support earlier, but said for licensing issues I should post on this forum. So that is what I did.
