    I managed to get the issue resolved by updating my Linux OS to a newer version.
    The license server (lmgrd) version which I was using was outdated,
    and the latest version of lmgrd did not seem to work correctly on my previous Linux version.
    Now all licenses are working correctly again.

And when I try to add a "New Computer" and enter the information of my already existing computer,
I get an error message saying that this computer already exists...

Try to edit the existing computer host name to other name. Then create a new computer. Does it shows up?
