Perché non riesco a scaricare quartus prime lite edition?

Salve, sono uno studente del politecnico di Torino. Ho creato un account intel e ho cercato di scaricare Quartus Prime Lite Edition ma il download non si avvia, ne l'ultima versione ne le precedenti....

I used Microsoft Edge and everything is way smoother, the site loads way faster and the download worked and is now ongoing. Thank you very much!
