PCIe BFM for Quartus 12.0

Does anyone know where I can get the PCIe BFM for Quartus 12.0? Whenever I run the simulation I get: # ** Failure: SUCCESS: BFM model not available!

Cos the way they're going about things recently they certainly seem to be doing their best to **** people off.
