Partial Reconfiguration Support in Quartus II for Arria V

Hi all,

Is Partial Reconfiguration supported in Quartus II v12.1 sp1 (64-bit) for Arria V GX ?

I've a Arria V Starter Kit, and I try to perform PR, but the "Partial Reconfiguration" option row doesn't

appear in the "LogicLock Region" window (while it does for Cyclone V and Stratix V).
