Output Pins stuck at VCC or GND

Hi all. I've just finished writing and simulating a program which functions as a calculator.. However upon compiling the program, there is this warning which says: "Output Pins stuck at VCC or ...

OK,Now I just write the codes down from a book.After compilation ,it also shows the warning about input pins donot drive logic ,out output pins are stuck at GND or VCC.When I looked into the RTL, saw a circuit seems right,but in MAP VIEWER,there were nothins other than input output pins.What's wrong?
