no reaction at "Create Symbol Files for Current File"

Quartus II V8.0 SP1

If you create a new VHDL-file for your project, Quartus add this file automaticly at the last place in the Project Navigator List. If you click right on this file in the list to select the "Create Symbol Files for Current File" command, Quartus do nothing, no reaction.:confused:

Work around

Move the file from the last place in the list up to any other place, and repeat the command.
