Nios2 flash programmer reading .SOPCINFO

What parameter are the tools looking for to identify potential flash devices when running the "New Flash Programmer Settings File" wizard in the nios2 flash programming tools?

We originally had a system design done in SOPC builder. When we switched to Qsys it converted our flash interface to the new tri-state conduit architecture for us. Using the resulting .sopcinfo file worked when generating a new flash programming settings file in the Nios2 flash programmer UI.

We now have a different design that was built from scratch in Qsys. I've implemented the flash interface in the same way and have copied all of the parameters that show up in the previous design. However, when running the flash tools the new flash programming settings file window doesn't see a flash memory device in the system when we import the .sopcinfo file. What parameter am I missing?
