NIOS IDE: UML Plug-In for C++ Generation

Dear Altera Comunity,

I work on the development of an embedded system using NIOS SOPC. Related to the modular SOPC design, I'd like to realize the software modular to using an object oriented approach. Due to the fact that the NIOS IDE is based on Eclipse, I am looking for an plug-in that enalbes C++ code generation from UML models an vice versa.

Can anyone help me with that? I'd be glad for any hint!
