    Hi noonnunnie,

    For your information, the Quartus II is no longer available to download anymore and Cyclone II is not supported anymore too. However, there's workaround for you that I can help to try to make a special request to my team to generate a special download link to fulfill your demand.

    Before all of these, can I request some of your details in order to proceed further :

You are most welcome, so glad to hear that you can access to the subscription edition too ^^

Meanwhile for the Web Edition, please allow me sometime to let me check if there any workaround at the background. Will keep you all updated over here once I got the result, kindly be patience.
