Need Pin Assignment for Cyclone III Starter Kit

Hi,

I am using Cyclone III EP3C25F324 FPGA and need the Excel sheet for pin assignment to map Quartus and my board.I want to manually map the pins.I am facing problem at this step. Once I go the Assignment then Pin Planner then one has to click on the pin to map the I/O connection.Before that I think I need an Excel sheet for pin assignment. If someone can help.

    If you do one cycle of analysis and synthesis in Quartus the pin planner will populate with the ports in your top level module.

    The pins position and mapping should be in the datasheet. Once you did your mapping you can export the assignments so you can import them in a later project. Some board vendors have already done this for you and you ca download the assignments from their website.
