need 32-bit patch for ModelSim-Altera Starter edition v14.1

I just installed ModelSim-Altera Starter edition v14.1 on a 32-bit Windows platform. When I try to run it, it says that it can't find a license. I understand the the Starter edition is supposed to ...

Oh.. I am surprised that the installer didn't inform me of that fact at the beginning of the install.
