modelsim freezes with analogue watch

Dear All,

I'm constantly exhibited to a strange behaviour of the modelsim (altera free version) analogue watch. when simulating decimal data (>50ksamples) and trying to view them using analogue automatic watch, modelsim freezes until I kill it.

someone has the same experience? anyone knows how to avoid this? (so far i'm forced to write down text file output and observe data using python+matplotlib)
