modelsim-altera does not launch

Modelsim-altera fails to launch from Quartus when doing tools - run eda simulation tool - eda-rtl-simulation. Normally, this would occur if modelsim-altera executables were not in the PATH variable, ...

I'm currently re-installing quartus, so I'll check this when it's back up...

I did notice that somehow I got modelsim-altera-starter edition (no license required) rather than modelsim_altera (license required). So, I'm getting the licensed version of modelsim to run with my Quartus license, and see if that makes a difference.
