Modelsim Altera 6.1g

Hi.. I have Quartus 2 7.1 web edition in my PC. later on i download ModelSim-Altera Software set up file but when i click on .exe file then it gives me Error.

please i need a license shared quartus web edition (v 7.2) and modelsim altera web edition (v 6.1) give me adirect link to do that.
