Modelsim 6.2 problem

i cannt seem to invoke modelsim from within Quartus II , although my both environment variables i.e LM_License_file and the MGLS_LICENSE_FILE points to the correct license file any help or tip to resolve this ??? ( this is not altera modelsim its standalone, and my Quartus II version is 9.0 with sp2 )
