I did install Quartus II 7.2 Web Edition and Nios II 7.2 IDE, both of the software able function. Please advice whether the ModelSim-Altera 6.1g (Quartus II 7.2) Web Edition, can open separate, right? If yes, What the step i required take to resolve this problem.
Honored ContributorIf you cannot get that Web Edition of ModelSim to work, you can try a newer one
The newer ModelSim Altera Starter Edition doesn't require that (sometimes complicated) license setup I currently also use a 6.5 ModelSim with 7.1 Quartus because 6,1g licensing setup failedHonored ContributorThanks.
So mean, i can uninstall the multisim 6.1g. It will not conflict the Quartus II?Honored ContributorModelsim and Quartus are completly separate programs.
