How to setup encryption for Cyclone V devices. I don't see Security Category under Assignments> Device > Device and Pin Options . Is there a document to show the procedure to setup? is it license r...

Is another license required apart from existing one?

I dont see proper channel on FPGA tech support, to get the license. Is it through self service license centre?
